Matt walked on to the Arizona State Football team and was a part of the 2002 Holiday Bowl team which included fellow DE Terrell Suggs. At FHHS Matt was a star TE/DE. He was named 2nd Team All-State TE as a Junior and 1st Team as a senior.
2004- Air Force Academy, Todd was the first Falcon to play Division 1 football right out of high school. During his time at FH he was named to the All-Arizona Team which was comprised of the best 22 players regardless of school size.
2007 Arizona State University- Wrestling- Trulson completed his senior season with a 26-8 record and was 1 victory shy of attaining his first All-American honor. Trulson competed with a torn ACL and placed 2nd in the Pac-10 Championships one year after finishing 3rd. In football at FHHS, as a senior, was 1st team all-conference twice (strong safety and punter), All-State: 1st team punter and honorable mention strong safety.
Quarter-back - New Mexico Highlands University - October 10, 2008
Occidental College - three time, first-team All-American Punter - 2007, 2008, 2009.
RB-LB University of Northwestern, St. Paul, MN - October 10, 2008
2012- (#58) Dakota State University- Connor earned a college scholarship after a stellar career at FHHS. He was a 3 year starter and earned All State Honors as a senior.
Defensive Back at Mesa Community College before earning a scholarshp at Eastern New Mexico University. Played in all 10 games as a junior and made 46 total tackles, with 24 solo stops. Had a season-best nine tackles against Texas A&M-Commerce, to help Eastern clinch the Lone Star Conference title.
(Class of 2010) Both players were a part of the back to back Region Championship teams of 2008 & 2009. They went on to play football at the University of Mary in Bismark, SD in 2010.
Coach Fairfield is honored as AZ Cardinals Coach of the Week - November 3, 2011. He coached at FHHS from 1993-2014 notching 129 victories and 3 Region Championships.
2014- Received First Team All-American honors following his sophomore year at Scottsdale Community College before earning a scholarship at Western Illinois University.
2015- (#49) Northern Arizona University. Michael used his hard work and determination to earn a scholarship after walking on to the Lumberjack football team. He started at Scottsdale Community College and earned All-Academic honors and had highest GPA on 2012 team. High School: Played for Jim Fairfield, was captain during the 2010 season and tied reception record as a tight end. Earned Arizona Republic All-State honors in 2010.
2017- (#21)- Alfred State University- Earned 1st team ECAC Division III Honors as a senior. Hubick led his team with 110 tackles on the season. The 110 tackles is a school record and he was the first to reach the 100 tackle plateau, in the four years that Alfred State had competed in Division III of the NCAA. Prior to that he played at Scottsdale Community College.
2017-Andrew played at Scottsdale Community College after high school before earning a scholarship at Concordia University in Saint Paul, MN. As a senior he was a captain, recording 53 tackles, 7 pass deflections, and 1 interception.
2017- Switched to WR from QB and had 4 catches this past season as a junior. In high school he was a consensus first team All-State selection as a junior, completing 192 of 292 passes for 2,630 yards and 26 touchdown.
2018- as a freshman, he was named to the 2nd team at offensive line. Lloyd started the final 6 games of the season and helped the Spirit to a 5-1 record in those starts. In his starts, OUAZ averaged 570.3 yards per game and twice went above 600 yards in a game.
2019 Season- Collin red-shirted this past season at Northern Arizona University, sitting behind the top FCS kicker in the nation. In his 2 years at FHHS, Collin was a true weapon as a kicker (15 FG's, 50 extra points) FG and a Defensive End (16.5 sacks, 32.5 Tackles for a loss).
